New year and new flat, just thought I would share.

Ah i apreciate that mate, i used to live in sheffield myself thats all, up near sheffield uni roundabout / atlantic one area, looks nice anyway!

Just down the road from there, a stones throw from hoyle street. It took me 8 mins to walk there this morning, a lot better than the 1.5 hours before.

Very nice, and £650 with parking is a nice price. I'm currently paying £475 for a one bedroom place, closer to the centre and with parking - but it's small and not as cool as that place

I'm going to be looking for a new/bigger/nicer place in the next few months - if any other places like that in the building become vacant - can you call dibs on my behalf? :D

Will keep my eye out for you. :D

Lovely place, but desperately needs some homely touches, its a bit cold at the moment.

looks great for the money. Like the layout!

Seems strange having 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom though, but ive seen enough gentleman's leisure movies to think what that could be for.
