I am not sure if this is allowed, but it saves me having to re-post everything (as I also include a link to my bodyspace and photos) but I would really like to ask the OCUK gym rats their opinions on this matter.

UPDATE 05/1/11

I'm wondering if anyone could criticise my diet plan and maybe give me some advice?

Diet Plan

Bulk (cleanly and well, limit fat gain as much as possible by eating well and doing cardio).

As for having a good "base" that doesn't really matter as you can improve your physique regardless. Saying "I have terrible genetics for bb" or similar is only a way to limit yourself mentally and give you more reason to stop.

Did you used to be fat or is that gyno?
Tbh you have a decent starting base, your not overly skinny, infact kinda same look as me when I stripped all the fat off before I started building up to what I am now.

Like anything results take time, the body can only build so much muscle naturally but can pile on the water and fat with ease. So I suggest you eat well but clean, don't fall victim to all the bs supplement advertising, and plz don't proceed with these stupid bulking diets. These are a thing of the past mass quantities of unecessary food, even for the typical ectomorph it's not needed. Simply keep protein intake high, carbs to a suitable amount you will find your niche for what you need in terms of your energy expendature for the day, and fats kept clean and good but fairly low.

I used to be fat as a kid yes.

Diet seems to be pretty good if you can stick to it could maybe try lowering the carbs/upping the fats a little.

Have you counted some things wrong as you do realise honey has calories in it?

Well if you're having a lot of it then it completely changes your diet plan/macros? And its liquid sugar basically as far as I'm aware (although natural sugars). As its just carbs I'd try lower your carb amount and not have too much honey.
