IDM / Kinda 2-stepish / Ambient. It's hard to give stuff like this one specific genre though, so perhaps worth at looking into music from other genres that relate with this, to see what part of that song it is that's really capturing your imagination. Maybe it's all of what I will put below, in which case that's awesome!
