How on earth is circumcision legal?

I just for the first time looked at a female circumcision. It's weird as THAT to me is mutilation, but male circumcision is not.

From personal experience of having a 'whole' penis;

The head is very sensitive to pain, I assume more so than one of a cut penis because I personally can't handle things like harsh handjobs.
The head is also very sensitive to pleasure. When treated properly I do experience intense pleasure, and I don't suffer from pre-ejaculation at the slightest.
Never had a problem keeping it clean.
No complaints from the opposite sex.
Had mild phimosis when younger but loads of fidgeting during my teens seems to have sorted it. It's now naturally covered but no problem retracting.

Strangely that felt like too much info but I'm glad my piece wasn't fiddled and chopped as a kid
