That goal is the most over the top goal iv seen in FM... So much so I had to rage quit the league cup game against Wednesday as the were 2-1 up at 85 mins and we didnt look good against an average le champ side!!! :(
 
my hearts side have picked there form up a little with a 1-1 draw with celtic, 4-2 win over our rivals hibs and a 1-0 win over st johnstone. :)

pretty good fun trying to break the old firm apart couldn't get into the games i was trying in england so thought i would have a go with hearts and its grabed me :D

Ended up beating Lyon on penalties 3-1, after van Persie missed a penalty in the 120+4 mins! He then missed the first pen of the shoot out!

And for those of you that are interesting, here how Sanogo, Lukaku and Babacar got on in their 2nd season in the U18.


Sanogo (same formation as first team, so guessing their U18 coach chosen Lukaku & Babacar more often than him. Played him in last game of season against 'Boro and he scored 2 & Lukaku got 1! :D )

Mental! Now do it all again with Burton Albion :p (or Port Vale the best team in Stoke!)

Im busy thinking up some sort of Fabian Delph song as he got the equaliser against Man U in the legaue :D (had 2 chances to win it as well with a last min pen but you cant have it all in one go). Need a song Logan Bailly too...
 
Sanogo and Babacar really need to start 20+ games per season if you want them to kick on - i'd think about loaning one of them out to a prem side and having the other on rotation to come in to the team.
 
I was offered the England job! :D I accepted and have played 2 won 2. Think I am going to resign though as it doesn't really interest me.

Will resign from Arsenal job at the end of the season, I have won everything with them and it's time to move on! Need a new challenge.

Looking at jobs in Championship, L1. Blackpool is available. Hmmm. Can I take the tangerines to Champions League final? :)

Yeah I'm going to, problem is they won't go to any of my affiliates and no one wants them on loan apart from Lukaku who is going to Juve for the season. Really annoying, so I'm going to have to rotate them both or something!
 
I feel sick, I bought Neymar for 20 million and sold him on the following season for only 15 as nobody else was interested, he was absolutely terrible for me but then he didn't really fit into my system and as for forwards I already have RVP, Dzeko, Vucinic and Lukaku so I doubt he would've got much play time at all, especially the way he did actually play when I gave him a run in the side, something like 25 games and 2 goals.
 
i started again as wigan with some better researched signings.

all transfers are done over 48 months as wigan start with 2.5 mill, so i saved it all for signing on fees and agent fees.

friendlies went great with each match me scoring 7-8 goals.

first game of prem was to spurs away, i held on till the 80th minute when they banged in 2.

i then lost 3-1 at home to fulham who pretty much dominated me.

but my team is full of youngsters so this season i just want to stay up. hopefully they will come good and i can push for mid/top half next season.

last week of the transfer market and i was desperate for LB cover so i went to the france u18s and put a bid in for all 4 of them :p got kurzawa in the end.

buonanette was offered to me in the last week and i remember buying him from 10 so i went for him. ive read that he is a bit weak for the prem so i got him strength training.
 
Match prep - team blend - very high

Until everything is at competent at least, fluid better then lower it and don't use team blend. :)
 
ive got all tactic bars at full.

i guess my youngsters just need to get their stats up by playing, areola is coming on leaps and bounds, 2 months in a row player of the month.
 
Finished my first season as manager of hearts and i feel it went fairly well you can decide.

In the league i was aiming for 3rd this season and then trying to break the old firm next season but i was very close to rangers the whole season and dundee utd was tagging along all the way but here is how it ended :

Really happy with the win over celtic as they dominated me in most of the other games we played against them.

Here is my team any suggestions on what needs improved the most for next season, i was thinking another CM and some Defenders.
