Hi,

I have a CoolerMaster Scout Case with all Red fans, and i am currently waiting for my White Cathodes exactly the same as the ones listed in the URLS you posted, i will send some pictures after if this would help you decide

I've got blue fans, and blue and red cathodes, I think it looks ace. Not the same colourscheme as yours, but I think that cathodes can look great when put in the right place.

Depends on your case and how you want it to look. The red ones are very long, so I've put them either side of my radiator. The blue one I've mounted it inside the case, so that you can clearly see the light it emits, but you can't see the cathode itself. In general I prefer it when the cathode is out of sight, but still gives a great glow in the case.

Im trying to decide what colours to go for in my Storm Sniper so pictures would be greatly appreciated! Stock rans are blue, but Im thinking of going red and white, or just green.

No problem, i got the enermax LED fans to replace my red scout fans as they are a bit dull..

My friend put red lighting in his. It looks really cool. Much better than the stock colours. There's just something about red on black that looks really nice.
 
Hiding the cathode out of sight is always the best option. Make sure that it still emits enough light to emphasise your awesome components though.

Fou example, in my case, I would place a cathode just above the motherboard in the top of the case, so that it is hidden by the top fans. This will mean the light is not overpowering, but you still get a relatively good light shining down.
