Will a Seasonic S12II 330W Bronze PSU be fine with the following setup:

E6320
4GB DDR2
2 Hard disks
HD4670

According to the Seasonic website it can provide 288W on the 12V line.

This setup will be run at stock speeds with no overclocking at all.

In the future it may get another 65W or 95W CPU and perhaps a 9800GT or another bus powered card and the system will not be overclocked.

Should be fine for reference

Phenom II 955BE @ 4ghz/1.46v
8800GT
Waterloop
1 HDD

Full load both CPU/GPU (Folding@home) = 288w

I imagine at the wall. Mine in siggy is only 332w max load at the wall and even then only by running Prime and Furmark at the same time.

I am also running a E8500, 4GB DDR2 6400, 4650, hdd, dvdrw, fan controller and 5x fans of a Enermax Pro 82+ 385w psu. Idle is 76w and load is around 143w at the wall.

Thanks!

Looks like the Seasonic will do the job.
