Cooling on a budget

Just want to ask what case + Cpu Heatsink combo gets best results

I was looking around 60 pounds for case and 40 pounds for heatsink.

SO far have looked at the coolermaster stom scout.

Ideas?

intend on getting i5 2500k
With the More expensive of the msi boards

I may be looking to crossfire in future.

managed to save some money elsewhere and am going for the advanced version of the case and that cooler
