Disciplinary for Gross Misconduct

So they put a commonly used button next to the panic alarm under the till. They sound like complete retards tbh, not obvious much that it would get pressed by mistake. You handled it well I'd have to told em to FO tbqfh.

Retail is worst industry on the planet to work in, glad I got out. Full of morons.
 
Nice result bud, I dragged mine for 8 months on full pay and in the end got a nice sum just to drop it and leave as I questioned everything and recorded all meetings then went back to college :D

some bird at my local iceland tries to rush to much and usually misses stuff, always tries to pack a bag as she scans to lol
saved me a fair few quid last time i went there

(yea whatever its almost on my doorstep so its useful for milk etC)
 
Also, my other friend only got a written, for leaving the engine running whilst making a home delivery drop and his van got nicked by three tramps.

That would get me dismissed on the spot!

Afterwards, I hope you seek a better job with a better employer.

It would get any of our employees dismissed also. Leaving a PCV unattended with the Engine running is illegal. I would expect the same is true of HGV.

AFAIK it is of any motor engined vehicle, but would have to check.
