After moving out of my rented room in a shared property, I need to have my cream coloured bedroom carpet cleaned as it's a bit dirty and has a few stains where I've been walking most.
Oddly enough, where my black Lian Li case was on the carpet (naively put nothing underneath, now learnt my lesson), there is a rectangular shaped dirt accumulation (due to static, or heat loosening paint flakes?) on the carpet around the base of the case. That stain is really stubborn and shop bought carpet cleaners are not doing the trick.
Got a couple of quotes for good professional carpet cleaning for 21m2 + (80%) stain removal at around £80 by Safeclean and Advanced Cleaning based in the SOuthampton area. Is that a reasonable cost?
I'd prefer a good job as my deposit is at stake as the carpet might have to be replaced altogether as it was brand new when I moved in and my contents insurance won't cover the cost.
