Hi guys,

I get 500mb of data a month and have 3G Watchdog to tell me when I go over quota. It resets every month and I'm currently on 0% (since the 25th)

However I can't get online when I'm out of the house? (wi-fi is fine)

Anyone know what this might be? Is there something I need to check in the settings? Could watchdog 3G be bugged?

Silly question but have you turned on mobile internet? Hold down the power button and and make sure that that's enabled for starters.

Yes and yes. I'll try 'force stop' on 3G Watchdog and see if that makes a difference.

My Data Roaming is unchecked by the way - ''Connect to data services when roaming'' Is that meant to be unchecked?

I've had sporadic problems with orange 3G over the last week (Strong 3G signal but no connection)
They could be doing something to a tower etc

Try deleting APN under network settings pull battery reboot and fill in required settings from orange. Fixed my problem on T-Mobile. I have also had issues when connected to orange recently to due to the merge

I've not got it enabled on mine so it shouldn't make any difference afaik.

try signing up to the tmobile tower sharing thing (its on the orange website) and set tmobile as your apn see if that works
also you will need roaming on when your back to orange. as when you have no signal you jump to tmobile

Your sim card does not allow a connection to this network :(

Can anyone else with a HTC confirm they have 'Data Roaming' ticked? It says

Attention- Allow data roaming? You may incur significant charges.

Really need to get this sorted today :\

Should i ring Orange's helpline?
