Not where I'd like to be
At 0815 this morning I had a knock on the door. When I opened the door there was a parcel on my doorstep and a postie sitting in his van giving me the thumbs up.

Now I know there can be deliveries on a Sunday leading up to Xmas but never realised they did it other times of the year. Is this unusual? I am thinking it might be to do with the snow and any backlog they might have.

It was something from OCUK, my CM 690 II windowed side panel :D

no swearing, please woke me up.

Thats epic for delivery. :)

I did not know they sold the windowed side panel I want one! :D

Bah, sold out.

That's my smiies done for the day. :o

I had a delivery on a Sunday a few weeks back, the postie just said they were backlogged and he came in for the extra cash.. i guess its just voluntery

Strange I got something from Amazon I ordered on Thursday this morning, not happy at being woken up and even stranger, doorbell went for me at 8.15 aswell :p

Its odd, I've never once had a delivery on a Sunday, ever, none of the stuff I ordered in the past month, at the height of the snow problems or the xmas rush had any problems at all.

We being overwhelmed by parcels at the moment. It's just like Christmas never actually ended. :(

One or two people in my office volunteer to try and clear the mess up on a Sunday's. Not me though. I've given up trying to fight it. :p

We actually had what is I think the first Sunday delivery we've ever had at a time other than Christmas, it was the blu-ray drive I ordered for my brother (and posted Tuesday I think).
