OCUK website/forum issues "Error loading image"

Hi all.

Before contacting OCUK I just wanted to check if others are sufffering intermittent connection problems when accessing pages in the forum and the shop website. Pages tend to time out after 30 seconds approx with error message "error loading image" I am using firefox 3.6 and the issue has been present for roughly 2 months.

Anyone else?

I can't say that I've had any issues. Last night was a tad slow, but then I can't be sure that wasn't my connection being drained from updating steam / windows / downloading firewalls and the like since I'd just formatted.

Hmmmm. It is the only website it's happening on for me and I've not come accross that specific error message before. Refreshing the page usually works but there is no pocket loss on my connection. Strange.

I've seen the same error message, but just the once, the error message actually appeared in a windows Message Box not on the page. It seems it could be related to the flash(?) special offers banner on the main page. After I closed the error message the banner remained black. Refreshing the page fixed it.

I'm on chrome, on virgin media. Had problems with the main site earlier.

No problems here, allmost certainly your end. Try clearing all cookies and running superspyware

Theres been problems with Sky and Be broadband since yesterday, i assume google loads fine but you struggle with certain other sites?

No, it is just OCUK. Forgot to mention it happens at work and on my other machines.

Same here, and it happens on multiple PCs (using same ISP) but not on other sites. Once it happens it affects both the forum and shop but after 30 seconds or so is fine again.

Same here for months now but not if I use the 64 bit browser?
