hi pitched noise going to my ammp when my laptop is plugged in through m mixer

Hello , i am using traktor scratch pro and ASIO4ALL and when i open tractor i start getting a very high pitched noise through my speakers and it is as the same volume know matter what i do with my USB mixer . I am pretty sure it is interference but is there any way to stop this ?

also , it only happens when i use both USBs (when mixing ) if i only use 1 when in itunes or wmp it dosent happen
