black ops - secondary weapons

I'm trying to make a class on call of duty black ops but the one problem im having is picking my secondary weapon even when i choose a gun like the python it still isn't that good and im just looking for advice on what to use

current class -

commando - silencer/reflex sight

python - acog sight

perks

scavenger
warlord
ninja

equipment - camera spike

non leathal - motion sensor

leathal - semtex

You equip a Law or a strela and join the rest of your team shooting down air units.

Or you could choose a pistol as secondary weapon for the quick switch and pick up a gun from someone you kill assuming you move! Then switch to a strela class when the air support comes

Use a launcher if you don't have ghost pro, otherwise use the CZ75 with extended mags.

Launcher is all good, but quick switching to pistols can give those crucial kills.

I nearly always have a launcher though.

I can't decide between pistols and launchers, launchers are more for being a team player.

I use the CZ 75 with the full auto upgrade on all my classes except one which has the Strela so if air support appears I will kill myself, choose the Strela and take it down, then switch back to my previous class. The pistol has saved my bacon on more than one occasion.

I pretty much only use a launcher,CZ75 or the ballistic knife as it's quite funny to use.
Launcher for TDM,demo or whatever.
CZ75 for S&D.
Ballistic knife if i'm messing about.

Use any secondary, pick up the first decent primary you see laying around - then you have 2 primary weapons. Or just use scavenger and sleight of hand and you shouldn't need to use a secondary much, if at all.

Crossbow, purely for the fun kills that I manage to get when playing Domination. I find that the LAW kinda sucks for actually trying to kill people, and takes ages to lock on to aircraft, so I have one class with a Strela.

The last pistol cz something or other with full auto is good for close quarters, when ur main gun is out of ammo and quicker to switch to pistol than reload, alsmot like haveing a smg, you can always pickup another gun from an enemy or your own teams corpses if you want 2 main guns.
