I'm raiding endgame and im starting to get boredI just login every night to try heroic on some bosses and thats it. I have nothing else to do in game because Ive done it all.
what's the definition of casual raiding? Is it the same as normal raiding only on less nights a week?
Blizzard don't seem to understand how Hunter's work..
The latest PTR notes state that Cobra Shot and Steady Shot will now cast faster with haste, but that's always been the case, so they are posting buffs that already exist and nerfing us too hard because of those 'buff's
You've done everything? Thought only 1 guy in the world had done.![]()
I could get every achievment sure. But would it be any fun? Not really, for me at least it all feels like a second job.
Pretty much. Or maybe less hours on a night.
My mates in a casual raiding guild they do 3 nights 8-11.
Whereas my old "hardcore" guild used to do 5 night 7-1130.
well i'm either the biggest idiot in the world, or just plain bored because now that mocks are over I've re-activated and (after some minor hassle with forgotten details - sorted now) i'm back on with an 84 mage.
really, the reason I quit last time was because I hated PvE with a passion, since in order to progress you had to be part of a good guild, and good guilds raided from about 7 till 11 on most nights. That time I enjoy having dinner with family, socialising, etc.
Anyway seeing as frost is imba atm I figured i'd come back and learn to PvP and play a little while before TOR comes out. On Ghostlands atm, and i'm choosing whether to switch to Defias to join you lot in the re-roller guild or to stormscale for lots of PvP.
You've been playing too long then, take a break. As soon as it feels like a job and isn't fun, you stop.
Unfortunately its not that simple, were going for world ranks so I have to be there for the raids. Its sort of like a football player dropping out mid tournament because hes tired of playing football.
Honestly, you should do whatever you think is the best choice, but for me at least, the game should revolve around my life, not the other way around.

You're becoming a WoW addict, not good.
Why do I always end up in some raiding guild where people DC, have hight latency and make so many mistakes (about 25% of guild) during raids. And why on earth am I being asked to interrupt as a healer, do dps have no interrupt skills no more in this game?
Killed 4 bosses this week in 25 man but so many stupid wipes it's just unbelievable. 3 raid p/w for 3 hours.
lol
Time to come back to real life to be honest. There are far more important things than getting server/world first on a game.

Err, if that is what he enjoys doing, then he should do it.
High horse brigade.
