WHAT CABLES DO I NEED? S-CARD TO TV

Ok, want to watch films on my HD on TV, but control sound with TV remote, I have sorted out the picture, now need the sound controlled to my satisfaction.

My flatty has 3 sets of the usual female 'holes'

D) marked L and R, but I need plenty of 'length'

D) from the back of my PC to the TV.

Can you guys possibly link me to exactly what I need?

The pic was for reference. It was rather obvious you would need a longer one, and saying so was unnecessary, hence. :rolleyes:
