ASRock Extreme 6?

is that not frowned upon sending back one board because a better one has came out(even though i would like to swap my P8P67 for one)

Frowned upon yes but it is perfectly legal and as long as you aren't taking the mick, (like buying a board OCing then sending it back repeatly) then it is ok :)

is the extreme 6 far better the the P8P67

Better is a relative term ie depends what you mean like overclocking, stability, features etc...I will say it appears to have far less issues then its Asus counterpart, also its very feature packed/high quality parts for the price.

Nath whats the reliabilty like on Asrock boards now i know they were not great in the not to distant past but im really tempted with thier new boards?

Nowadays they are excellent due to using high quality components, they use to be part of Asus.

I read a couple of Asrock Extreme 4 owners are happy with their boards in Anandtech forums, one has his Extreme4 up to 5.3Ghz rock stable,he quoted

The difference between the new and old Asrock boards is like night and day.

Extreme 6 would be among one of the top choice boards for me if I was upgrading (downgrading?) to P67. That is alongside the Asus maximus and Saberooth but for the money it is unbeatable.
