Okay, so I recently bought the following:

Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H AMD 880G (Socket AM3) microATX DDR3 Motherboard £50.56 1 £50.56

AMD Athlon II X3 Tri Core 445 3.10GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail £49.99 1 £49.99

GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz VALUE PLUS Dual Channel (GVP34GB1600C9DC) £32.49 1 £32.49

Got it installed, the stuff seems to run fine. However, the USB slots on the motherboard seems to not work, so I cannot use a mouse. Tried running a screen from the onboard GPU which is fine and all, everything seems to run fine - I just can't get the usb ports to work...

Running Windows 7, but it's on a harddrive from before I switched out the mobo, cpu and ram. Possible conflicts with old drivers?

*Bit annoyed*

Enabled the USB ports in the BIOS?

try turning on "legacy support"?

with a change like that, a re-install would be sensible.
