When Robbie G turns up in his Golf and somebody mentions diesel hatchbacks.
:D

Never been to a meet before, has there ever been any confrontations or the like at any of these? I know most you guys are nice gentlemen but sometimes attitudes do conflict, any memorable meets? ;)

I'm still waiting for the day someone attacks Fox with a keyboard if I'm honest :D ;)

Cheers for the commendation guys, I wasn't going to let this one slip up ! :)

Nope, mainly just a bunch of geeks hiding behind their keyboards ;)

Meets are great fun, good to chat with likeminded people.

Never. Everyone seems to get on like a house on fire in person despite any disagreements that may have occurred on the forums. Whether or not that's because people are too scared to pipe up with controversial opinions in real life or not remains to be seen... :D

Meets are indeed great fun :)

I shall attend for sure whenever the date is as long as its a Saturday. :)

I am most likely going to Powerstation next weekend to get the EVO on the RR to see what its outputting now as not sure will have the EVO when this is held as I am planning to change car in March/April.

No, its because the 'take the internet seriously and get offended on behalf of everyone else squad' with 34 posts don't bother turning up :p

I missed Fox at the last RR :(

He normally has lots of interesting and funny stories to tell.

I doubt I'll be coming to this. Preston to Guildford and back, no thanks.

haha :D

Just edited my post, very unlikely I'll be coming this time unless me and cymatty sort out a hotel. Next year will be different as I'll have a certain green beast back on the road and ready to run ;)

April would be good for me as it's the start of the Easter break, so I could stay in the UK another few days afterwards.

I shall be in attendance in all likelihood, scaring people with the brutal power ...err massive quantity of wood and leather in my mobile sitting-room :D

I appear to have a slow pucture today, after doing 320 miles or so today I noticed my off-side rear tyre was extremely low when I walked back to my car earlier, had circa 10psi in it, it was fine this morning though, I checked it at 36psi, anyway I filled it back up and it seems to be staying up for the moment. I'll have a closer look tomorrow in the light as it wouldn't lose air like that if there wasn't a problem.

19th or 20th March is good for me - if a few people are planning on staying in hotels etc the day before, we might be able to sort out a group booking?

I may stay in a hotel, depends on where I am at the time, living-wise. Also depends on when I have my shoulder operation, as I won't be able to drive for 6 weeks afterwards.

No idea if I am absolutely honest Joshy.

The best bet if for everyone to list their cars that are Autos/DSG/anything that isn't a full manual, and I send the list asking if there would be any issues running them.
