Don't hold your breath though, only ever seen it twice since the game came out!
If you cut the 2nd chicane, then Gold is easy. Set TC to off and up the ABS a little, then it should take 4/5 tries to get Gold.
Just remember not to take the corners too fast, else you'll make it understeer, meaning you'll just end up going slower overall (this only really matters on the other two challenges though).

FFFFFFUUUU- nope and by the time I did the last race of the Seasonal events to make the money it has vanished. Only needed 200k as well, should have just sold a few cars.

Depends really, it's the best of the three Pescarolo race cars in the game. would mostly be dependant on your money/level/needs really. But it's not a must have for progression.
Yeah that lap was pretty messy for me, been cutting the second chicane. Im 99% sure im not taking the last corner fast enough, i jsut need to have more faith in the car and know it will make it round ok

Well I don't know about youslot but I often get two cars which are the same model, year and even colour with only a few km on the clock difference showing up next to eachother in used and yesterday having not seen the Nardo once, it came up twice
it's been happening to me as well except mine are identical even the mileage is the same

I've tried it 50+ times, can't do it
I got 1st place tonight on it, finally decided to go back and get it over with.
Just got to feather the throttle coming out of corners, and avoiding sharp turns under braking, at least until you're down to <50 mph roughly. Also to get ahead, remember you never really need to brake hard, you can get round the course just on lifting off and perhaps 80% braking, diving down the inside.
The most annoying thing is the collision detection. The easiest places to overtake and most forgiving are Chicago, Hammerhead, Bacharach and possibly Gambon

I was slow in the Parabolica too (the AI overtook me there), but still got Gold. Hate that corner with a passion
well Ive completely ****** my game up as far as I can see
I was doing the 4th level of A Spec races - and was trying to find a car suitable for the Historic Championship, and teh only cars I could find suitable (baring in mind the "usual competitors" list) were going to cost 20 Million credits new and there was nothing at all in the 2nd hand dealership either
So I thought I would try one of the 1st group of races for the top level (Im only lvl 21 so can only try the first two or three in .....Extreme?) and blew over 2 million credits on the Citreon concept race car and upgrades (ok I should have guessed as it didnt list bhp or any other stats that maybe it wasnt very good lol) and even that suped up to max it cant cope with the Extreme races......so without repeating a lot of races to get enough funds (and hoping I find something eventually in the 2nd hand dealership and I have the funds at the time) Im caught between a rock and a hard place

Seasonal events pay out a lot of XP and money, do those to build back up and unlock more races.
