best low profile card ?

Galaxy gtx 460 razor edition however if you seriously want one I suggest you grab one now, they're limited like last time.

They aren't low profile, they're single slot.

This is low profile: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-023-HS&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=

GTS 250 low profile cards exist. ;) Just found a bunch now. The benefit is very mature drivers, so there is another option into the mix.

Low profile cards are cards which are half height and not very log too.

and thast also agp ( ok i never stated what i wanted lol ) amd at least 1 generation behind the 5570....

so lloks like the 5570 is about it then ?

I wasn't recommending it, it was just the first card I came across that was low profile. I assume that most people have PCI-E motherboards now anyway, and I know you do based on your sig. :)

The GTS 250 would not have been much faster than an 8800GT - probably about the same speed. It will have lower clocks as you take a hit with low profile cards.

Since that has a heatsink that's too big, and the 5670 does as well by the looks of it, I think you won't get a better performing card in low profile format than the 5570 you initially mentioned.

would seem like that..... unless someone has got one those in my case ( spec )

i'm assuming the 5570 will be miles better than inbuilt 4200 onboard ?

no monitor ....media centre build .. i'm using my 37" plasma via hdmi ... 720p ( well for now ) .. i dont play modern stuff anyway .. am still play enemy territory lol .. but the extra omph for play ray and upping the af / aa would be nice
