Not saying it's "the best" but it's popular for watercooling.

You can fit a 360 rad in the roof with push/pull set-up and no chopping required, you then still have space at the bottom for a 240 if you need.

you can in a HAF barly need to mod it, okay fine its a ugly case, but not cheap ugly just sort of industry ugly
