Best Cooler for X2 6400

Hey people.
Basically my Cooltec CPU cooler doesnt seem up to it.
Idles around 58C peaks at 79c and its not even overclocked.

Simple question;
I want a cooler that is fairly quiet and keeps temps down,
For an AMD X2 6400 Black Edition.

From your experience what is good.

Budget?

This is pretty quiet for under 30 notes but no idea on how well it would cool your CPU.

80C is way too high for your CPU. 63 max temp.

You probably, I mean obviously do not have the cooler seated correctly. Reseat it and apply a newer thermal paste. I suggest IC Diamond.

It is seated properly no idea why my cooler is useless.

In my sig it says I use an Antec 900 case
