Hey guys, its that time again as I've started doing video production comercially I now need to upgrade my pc so I can edit and render faster with the odd bit of gaming on the side.

That is beastly 8GB :D only had 4gb in mind that would bring it to £390, stulid you genius!

This would be paired with a 9600GSO, but since Premier Pro CS4 uses the CPU that doesnt matter .

I'd strongly advise 2 HDD for source and destination.

This. I dabbled in Video editing on a PC many moons ago & the advice I received was to buy the quickest CPU & as much RAM & hard drive space as you can afford. I was also told that having 2 hard drives for source & destination helps speed up processing the video too.
