Ultima Tyrannosaur!!!

Hi everyone,

I'm just after some advice on the:
"Ultima Tyrannosaur" Intel Core i7 2600K 3.40GHz @ 4.60GHz DDR3 Sandybridge System

I'm very tempted to buy this but i've been hearing of problems with the ASUS mobo's. Has any 1 here bought one of these bad boys? Have you had any problems?

My old E8600 3.33GHz processor is starting to show its age now! Served me well though.

The advantage of buying a system from OcUK is even on the off chance there is a problem, its covered by their warranty, so you can buy happy and worry free

Overclock it

Should do 4.0Ghz easily enough and I can't think of too much you wouldn't be able to run very well.

The system should be tested by Ocuk So hopefully you should not have any problems.

I was thinking of doing it, but i have the upgrade itch. I'd prob have to buy a new cooler system for it as well.

Agreed, but the other side of the coin is you never learn anything if you buy pre builts.

Still, worth it for the warranty.

I would be interested in your E8600 when you buy your new pc

I have had an Asus p5kE- Wifi for nearly 4 years now, never had any problems.

We test all our systems before shipping and if anything does go wrong you are covered by our 1 year return to base warranty.

Thats what im interested in. Plus having everything tested for me so i can just plug it in and be stress free
