Jeez Ive finaly learnt how to fly.:D

I just ticked that "vertical fly" box in the options and now I'm flying like a pro.

I'm quiet pleased at my new found ability. Now I can Bail onto locations that are normaly inaccesable and I can rack up some decent kills when I'm Camp.....ERR I mean sniping.:p

I know but i was desperate in the hope it might change something in there that made it run better :D (it didn't, still pulling in around 30-40).

Well you do get it sometimes on SQDM. Idiots running around with Gustavs or camping somewhere to get you as you come by. True it doesn't get as many kills as playing properly but it is irritating. It is mostly Rush and Conquest though, especially on certain maps.

You sound like a very credible asset to your team RedDanDoc. Ironic after all your posts about how jihad jeeps were for noobs :rolleyes: Stealing a chopper so you can bail it on a normally inaccessible location, probably in plain sight of everyone, is about as useless as you can get.

Thats one of my worst pet hates in the game......recons taking the chopper and dumping it over a ledge high up while 5 people who were ready to jump in and go to the MCOMs have to wait 5 minutes for it to respawn!

Wait till Squark hears about this....:D

Some bullets do. I've shot through floors and some parts of buildings to get notified that i've just killed someone.

Irony is lost on you isnt it.

You take yourself too seriousely and cant understand when people are joking.

It was an indirect digg at people that do this but then If you had half a brain cell you would see that.:rolleyes:


Anyway I think I told you what you can do with your assumptions before.

Dont take it out on other people because your having computer problems you waspish little plonker.

Take a chill pill and relax.
 
Isn't turning bloom off advantageous and slightly "hacky"? I mean, for the poor sods that have to put up with the glare that is.....i.e. me :D

I turned it off and cant notice a difference.

I got in that Russian Helicopter for the first time on the Atacama Desert and was shocked at the visibility.

It seems like an unfair advantage to the USMC team.

It's hardly advantageous as it appears to have bugger all effect. Atacama Desert is still virtually unsnipable.
Also, everyone can disable it if they want to, it's just that DICE, in their infinite wisdom*, decided not to have it in the options in-game.

USMC vehicles still have the unfortunate "darker than the Ruskies" HUD, which doesn't help matters at all.



*Other infinite wisdom decisions include:
- Same accuracy for all weapons (e.g UZI that can outsnipe a sniper).
- Worst server browser since CoD4.
- Dust, snow, jungle foliage. Can't see squat on basically every single map.
- Point blank knife kills that don't kill, as well as 3m knife kills that do.
- Having the same button for "Defuse Bomb" as "Pick up Weapon".
- Sniping shotguns.

Do your replies get more and more pitiful as your post count increases? Irony is not lost on me, you just fail at making your posts appear sarcastic. Even re-reading now you pretend you weren't being serious it reads like you were, the whole ' er i mean sniping' bit didn't come close.

Can someone tell me when I'm going to get the damned M95? I'm slightly hooked on this game now after having it for months and basically shelving it after one or two games, pretty poor move by myself I must admit because it rocks :)
 
Don't know why you'd want the m95 tbh, it's slow firing and only has a slightly larger one hit kill range by about 5 feet.

I made the same mistake as you. I assumed the M95 would be the best sniper rifle when i first got the same. Then when you get it you realise its superior damage isn't much use in reality and its reload time and refire rate are pitiful and that all along you should've been learning to use the M24 better (or the SV98 or GOL possibly).
 
I hardly ever snipe though, I'm always sprinting around with my squad as a Medic so when I do snipe I want a 100% killshot :p M95 does that! and I also think I'm pretty handy with an M24 as it is, I'm rank 19 atm is the M95 a lvl related unlock?
 
All bolt action sniper rifles w/ Magnum are 1 hit kills from all ranges on hardcore. On softcore they only 1 hit kill at close range or in the head. M95 just 1 hits at a marginally further distance.

Time to give up with it for now i guess.

Well I was being sarcastic thats why I tacked on that tongue out giff anyhow read into it how you want, dont really care what you think to be honest.
 
Question if I may, is there any point to levelling up to 50? Looking at some sites it seems that I will have every unlock by the time I am rank 25. (am rank 22 at the moment and have 1 more thing to unlock in Engineer, Medic and Recon, got everything else)
