Im absolutely fuming.

Come home today after work excited to withdraw my earnings from my ebay sales. Login to my paypal account and what do i find?

They've limited my account! :mad:

Apparently because i've sold a graphics card and a DVD they now need all my information, utility bill, passport, photo ID etc

How ****ing dare they! So now i've got £120 sitting in my account that i can't even use.

More than likely gone over your yearly limit, at which point they legally need id. Should read t&cs.

Nope.

I only signed up and opened the account last week.

Monthly limit was £500, i've withdrawn £30 previously.

Ebay is full of scammers tbf, especially in the computer parts area.

Is it linked to your bank account?

Yep, well as of today. Only just got the verification deposit things.

Lol, mate, they want a photo, my passport, my phone bill.

Do you not think that's a bit intrusive? They already have my bank account details verified.

It's what they want, did you try transfering before verification. Anyway 99% of problems are in the rules. Nothing more than what banks need to verify.
