cheers but i've changed nothing apart from nvidia drivers in almost 6 months and it's only just started happening. EA suggest updating/reinstalling PB which i've done, but unable to verify if that's fixed it cause I can't connect to any servers now.... i swear their system is screwey! half the time when I finish a game my stats aren't updated and when I start a new game I've got no non-default weapons. then randomly a week later my stats update and i shoot up several levels.

My brother played a few games earlier today and only lost connection to punkbuster once so i think that helped a fair bit.

And my name on BC2 should be Chisuka, same for my Steam name.
 
I think i may just give up on BC2 until i get a pc capable of running it better... however long that may take.

Seriously i had KDRs of 0.5 in several games today just because its not smooth enough to aim properly.

That's an average game for me and my PC runs it fine - I just seem to get beat in 1v1 firefights far too often!! Although I got my first Ace pin today in a 32 player Conquest game, but only ended the game with 9 kills, 6 deaths. Just being a sneaky so and so capturing flags, c4-ing tanks etc.
 
Just had an epic game, fired the CG at a humvee that was driving right for me on Arica Harbour Rush, the rocket hit the front, the humvee exploded, leapt in the air, flew over my head and landed behind me as I reloaded the CG! A brilliant moment. Its things like that that make this game great.
 
hey guys, a friend of mine has just gifted me this Via Steam so, without having to dig through 730 pages of posts, what should i be expecting, my specs in sig, i have a cheap crappy logitech laser mouse, not gaming, am i going to be tremendously smacked about or what? never played before, just for added info, i royally stink at CS:S and TF2, guessing these games are mildly similar? lol
 
Being fairly new to this im not to hot on the different game modes, what is the most popular mode to go for? Out of all the games i have played im always doing the one where you have to capture base a,b,c etc cant remember wat its called tho lol

conquest = capture the zones
rush = destroy the MCOMS.
