Do RMA's usually take a long time?

I sent a PC for repair and I'm just wondering from experience how long it usually takes?

Starting to get cold sweats from no gaming

Thats asking how long is a piece of string, some places are quick and take days some takes months.

ah. Normally a reasonable amount of time is 28 days. Call OCUK and ask

I ring them everyday and they say they are starting work on it but... that's everytime I ask :/
