Can't access Facebook (hurrah!, or oh no...)

I try to log into Facebook but I've forgotten my password.

During the reset process an email is sent that includes a necessary code. This isn't arriving at my account no matter how many times I request it.

I've checked my junk mail folder and nothing is in there. I have had no previous issues with my email account or my isp blocking anything.

Facebook's own help pages are fairly useless and as far as I can see there is nobody to contact.

Any suggestions at all?

Sounds like your account may have been hacked. In the process they have changed your email account address.

That's the thing - I try my other email addresses and they're not recognised (which is right), the one that is registered with it does allow the resetting process to continue.

I'm just not getting the emails through for some reason.

Bump, I'm still getting normal Facebook emails (birthday reminders etc.), but can't actually login to my account.

I still am not receiving emails about a reset code.
