A WAP - Dual band
NAS & Time Machine into it.
You can also print wirelessly into it by plugging your printer in the USB.

I can't actually find any differences between the G3 one from 2009 and the current G4 and at £254 its actually quite good value.

So I can backup stuff onto it and then access files from any computer?

Yes, the 1tb drive can be used as a NAS.

Wait, you have a PC? Then you dont have time machine...
