Heard about this a few months ago and was pretty intrigued. That trailer looks really good as well. I suspect Cineworld in Glasgow will be showing it so will try and get along, though no doubt it'll be filled full of modern neds who will miss the point of the story.
It's won Best Film at the San Sebastian Film Festival, and an actor won Best Actor there as well. These things mean nothing to me, but it suggests good things I guess.

Seems a bit of an odd choice of name, as no one outside of Scotland will know what a ned is. Even outwith Glasgow/West Coast many people will be unfamiliar with the name.

Sorry to bump!

Saw this last night, Very good movie but could have been better. The ending wasn't the best.

Worth a watch though but does contain violence!

Brilliant film, just back from seeing it.

Very funny at parts, violent at others. Overall a cracking story.

Well worth watching
