spec me a recipe for a white chocolate based dessert

Aside from acid's cheese cake i need the best dessert ever ideally made with white chocolate.

Chocolate mousse (or souffle depending on yoru oven skill).

I don't have any recipies to hand but there are plenty on the net.

I don't think I posted it and I don't have a revipe. But made a white chocolate gnash, and in the middle was a dark choclate coffee gnash, it was awesome but rich. I wanted to try making some coffee bean praline to crumble on it but ran out of time.

White chocolate parfait.

This is a decent cheat's recipe. If you want the complicated 'proper' recipe, made with egg yolks, I'll type it out later.
