How many Carbs in Senseo Coffee pods?

Hi,

I've been googling for 10 minutes now trying to find out. These are the pods in question, http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=257900590

If anyone has any rough ideas?

It's for a friend, he's trying to put his body into ketosis, so the smallest amount of carbs can effect that apparently.

What does it say in the ingredients? If it's just coffee then almost zero carbs (assuming he's not adding milk/sugar)

Plain Coffee should be fine, unless you are getting one that is some kind of fancy latte pod which may have sweetened milk in it... but then that would probably be artificial sweetener anyway.

You can drink coffee on low carb diets, don't confuse it with calories.
