Ocuk Yorkshire mini-meet

Never seem to have any northern ones on here and it would to good to meet people in person.

No dates planned other than it being a weekend with half decent weather and then going for something to eat.

Anyone interested at all?

Im sure there is good intentions in this but.... i cant help but feel this is posted to stir up more drama. Its like Blackhawk47 has a bit of a vendetta this last week.

Indeed.

Anyway, actually on topic. Blackhawk, the best thing to do with a mini-meet (rather than a ***Official x Meet*** or whatever that are usually organised by the same guys each year), is to specify a date etc. etc. and just see who turns up. That's how us Southerners have always done mini meets...I recall a couple of years ago I managed to arrange one with Sam for two hours later.

Blackhawk are you really intending on organising a meet? If so post details dates and plans. Don't get people to commit to something you haven't given more than half a thought on. You won't get a good reaction or response otherwise. Makes sense to do so wouldn't you agree?

Posted this last year and was told about a almost mysterious meet on the Yorkshire moors or something. Yet I don't remember anything happening.

Not trying to start crap...just seeing if there is interest at all.

Could have sworn it did happen...although I think a lot of the meets were drummed down a bit last year due to various different things happening. I know the usual organiser of the NYM had a lot going on in his personal life and cut down forum time a huge amount.

In that case, provide details for people, date, times, location etc. and you'll have a better response.
