Corsair TX 620W ATX be enough?

Hey all at the moment iv got a Corsair TX 620W PSU in my current pc. But i want to get the parts listed below, will it be enough to power those or be better to get a higher watt psu?

Edit: Wrong spec listed before this will be the spec. Also i will be overclocking the cpu.

Yes, it will be enough, but don't push the overclock too far (around 4.6GHz should be enough) and there is no hope of SLIing those cards in the future
 
i have opted for a similar set up with no problems and am running at 4.5 no worries
