Corsair TX 620W ATX be enough?

Hey all at the moment iv got a Corsair TX 620W PSU in my current pc. But i want to get the parts listed below, will it be enough to power those or be better to get a higher watt psu?

Edit: Wrong spec listed before this will be the spec. Also i will be overclocking the cpu.

The Corsair would be fine for that set-up.

Yes, it will be enough, but don't push the overclock too far (around 4.6GHz should be enough) and there is no hope of SLIing those cards in the future

i wont be sli'ing at all. it will be on air so i was thinking around 4.2ghz for a safe bet

Why are you getting a CPU water cooler if you are "on air"?

i have opted for a similar set up with no problems and am running at 4.5 no worries
