Guitar Hero - How good are you?

Did Dragonforce on Expert multiple times.

I like to think that made me pretty good at the game back then, probably lost it a lot now.

That's a much better way for beginners to learn finger placement imo. :)
 
Pretty useless at Guitar Hero but on Rock Band I can expert all but a few of the songs on guitar. On drums I can play about 80% of the songs on expert I guess.

Something about Guitar Hero has never let me get on with it very well.
 
I did guitar hero 2 and 3 on expert, but could never pass the crazy hard tracks like "Through the fire and flames" and "Jordan" on expert.

On drums I can pass the vast majority of charts on expert drums on Rock Band and guitar hero.

Cool. Expert FCs? I have 130 expert FCs between GH3, GH:Metallica and GH5.

I was working on GH5 before Christmas (60/85 expert FCs), and just about to get into the global top 100 but now I have Black Ops and a new PC... :D

Don't have any RB games but used to love going into PC World on Tottenham Court Road on my lunch break to play Green Grass & High Tides on my lunch break, when they had it on an Xbox!

Alas, it goes to turd as soon as you introduce the 5th button, no matter how easy it is. I never get the movement up and down the neck correct - I overshoot, miss the note, panic, and then start screwing it right up.
 
Out off all of them gh 2 is my favourite and I still dig it out to have a play through free bird and dead every now and then (yes I realise my chemical romance :( but I just love the song).
 
I started with GH3 and would kill to play Freebird but alas, if I go back to GH3 and even World Tour now, I find them so unplayable because of the angle of the board and the crappy gems. GH2 would be 10x worse.
 
got pretty good at GH5 did all on expert apart from dragonforce which was just too long for me to even care lol gave up once world tour was out just didnt interest me after that and my mates didnt want to join me! lol
 
this is me playing run to the hills on expert Pro drums on rock band 3. Got third place.

not third anymore, like 4th or 5th I think.

Rock Band 3 has Freebird :D

Psymonkee up for playing some guitar right now? My XBL is updating, but after I could play. Obviously not drums, people asleep but I'll play bass/guitar with you? I already have you added ^^
