iphone app to track tredmill running?

im after an app that i can use to track my running i do at the gym so i can punch in what i do as soon as i do it so i can track as my distance, time and speed increase.

any suggestions?

doesnt matter if it cost.


on a side note, whats a general jogging outdoor speed?

yesterday i managed for the first time to run at 11km/h for 30 mins with no slow down.

Runkeeper Pro is free throughout Jan (normally $9.99) and you can use it free forever. You will manually enter the data though as it cant track distance using its GPS

A general jogging speed I would say is between 6.5-7.5MPH (10.5-12kmph) but it all depends on the person and the terrain/incline.

Jogging on a treadmill is much easier than doing it outside even if the outside route is flat as all you are doing on a treadmill is basically lifting your legs, you don't need to push yourself forward as much....
