I checked your minidumps....They say the cause of the crash was prime 95 and the bugcheck leads to hal.dll which means a hardware failure basically.
If you were stressing your cpu with prime 95 then the solution is quite simple, you either increase your vcore or reduce your cpu speed.

I ran a memtest everything was fine.

My cpu is overclocked using the profile that Overclockers preset for me, i guess i will have to downlock my cpu and use the default profile and see if it helped. Thank you for your time.

Nah try upping the Vcore 1 notch.

My core voltage is 1.39 i tried changing it to 1.49 but it didnt set to it and i had to reset my computer like 5 times because either windows froze or i got BSOD once. Where should i change my vcore and to what value?
Edit: when i view my dumps using BlueScreenView it states that the problem was caused by a driver named ntoskrnl.exe

1.39v is too high for 4ghz, lower it to about 1.35v which should be fine.(even 1.325 should manage)

Strangely i've had that bsod once before a while back and used a registry cleaner which seemed to of fixed it.

After reading this i decided to check some of your other minidumps, found one making a reference to ntkrnlmp.exe, this is a lot trickier than before since the nt kernel multiprocessor is one of the main files in windows. It was what cause the crashed but there is more to it thant that. There is a reason to why it cause the BSOD and it's most likely some hardware problem since prime 95 also crashed your pc.

I cannot make a very accurate guess based only on your minidump, but I'd try first fixing the issue you have with your voltage. If it persists remove some of your ram sticks and see if that helps. If that doesn'T help then check your power supply. That could also be one of the reasons.
Anyway, hope you can just fix it by changing your voltage

It should be the top listed voltage usually, make sure it's the correct one and should even be listed as vcore or along that wording.

I used http://www.snapfiles.com/downloads/eusingregistry/dleusingregistry.html but you could also try a fresh install of Windows if these two options fail.
Thanks for the link i ran it scanned repaired a few times , restarted my computer it booted up normally. I will have to see tommorow if the problem persists. Thank you for all your help.

I will try that thank you.

Which cooler are you using for your cpu?, if its screw down type it might be too tight on cpu try to loosen it a bit this can ometimes work

i updated my bios and now the cpu is running @ stock speed , windows froze again restarted it but no BSOD will see what happens next.
