Embarrassing Bodies is back tonight at 9pm on Channel 4. My total guilty pleasure this, don't know why but being freaked out by some of the stuff that comes on is compelling viewing!

An other embarrassing bodies viewers out there or am I alone on this?

What are your guilty pleasure tv shows?
 
Guilty pleasures to me infer that there's something likeable about the programme in question. Deal or No Deal, Hollyoaks or any of the other tea time/dinner soap operas should mean the person admitting this be taken out back and kicked in the balls.

EB is funny sometimes, terrible at others. I really don't want to see peoples piles or their overly flappy flaps!
 
Could top gear be considered a guilty pleasure?

I wouldnt feel very cool telling someone I enjoyed watching every episode, looks like I just did.
