No, the 125i is a 3 litre 6 cylinder.
Well why didn't they call it a 130i then? At least they appear to have 6 speed automatics, so shouldn't be too inefficient.
I actually quite like them, in the right colour and light. Obviously the M version would be better, can't you get her one of those mark?

It is the lower power variant of the N53B30. The N53B30 was usually found in two forms - x25i and x30i (in higher tune). The 1 Series Cab, however, only received the lower power variant and is thus a 125i.
There is no M version of the 1 Series Cab - the top of the 1 Series cabriolet range is the 135i M Sport.
Its insurance more than anything, this is 2.5k to insure a 130 i dread to think what it would have been.

That's fair enough mark, it'll be bloody brilliant compared the the 500 I think.
The 1 Series M Coupe is released later this year but not as a convertible.
It's a 120i M Sport.
He's talking about the real 'M Power' version.
BMW decided to market the **** out of the M brand back in 2004 by renaming the 'Sport' trim level on most cars to 'M Sport', hence the confusion.
No probably about it.
