Are you happy with your body and looks?

I've been working out recently :D
Still need to bulk up a bit more...

Looking a bit wimpy on the hands and knees there... :p

8 months ago I would have said no to both. A bit too flabby and terrified about how I would look at 40.

Now though, minus that unflattering couple of stone and orders of magnitude (;))fitter, most certainly yes, but there's always room for improvement.

As a result my self confidence, or rather self esteem has never been higher, which in turn does change how people view you. At 35, it all may be a bit late, but I won't go down with out a fight. :D

Not overly no. I'm working on it though lol. (except for the things I can't really change) Doesn't help having a sister who constantly says I'm fat :/ Aren't siblings nice!

6 months ago no way. That was when I weighed 107kg. I now weigh around 80Kg, and I'm pretty happy with my body. Massively more so than I used to be. My looks, yeh I'm pretty happy with how I look now too.

I'm absolutely delighted with my looks :p but could work harder on the body front. Still with all this action, I haven't got time to work out.

I think my body size and looks are OK..

But i do feel very unfit now days due to laying around far far to much just watching TV and playing on the computer

Some days I am... some days I'm not. Not overly bothered about how I look, and am usually rather reserved in how I dress anyway. Used to suffer quite badly in my younger days as to my appearance. Now I'm too long in the tooth to worry what I look like - I have many other things to make up for the fact I'm not Brad Pitt. Thing is, I don't even train for aesthetics at the gym, purely for strength and power - don't even wear vests or shorts, baggy tracksuit and hoodie/sweatshirt usually.
