Nokia C3/C3-00 thoughts?

Hey guys,

Been looking for a cheapish phone and came across the C3. Also found the C3-00 but not sure if it is actually the same phone?

Anyone got any thoughts on how good this phone is or any other suggestions?

Price range is £80-£100. Preferably not a touch screen, need keypad for texting. Access to Twitter/email. Not bothered so much about a good camera or lots of storage.

I've currently got the Samsung Genio Touch and it's a terrible phone so any improvement on that would be good.

C3 sound good. The C3-00 is the same phone I'm fairly sure.

C3 is a fantastic little handset. Really quite innovative and easy to use. Demo it quite a lot at work, and it's just about the best candy bar style phone we have.

You certainly wouldn't be disappointed with it

If your budget can stretch to £150 (just a thought) then you could be getting a Nokia E5. Arguably one of the best candybar QWERTY's.

Macky - can't really stretch that far I'm afraid though it does seem like a great phone

Still open to any other suggestions for my spec but really do think the C3 will be mine!

Sorry! It's still a bargain at about £80, and if you're in no hurry, you may get lucky and the price may come back down. I think it was on Virgin.

Also had a look at the Samsung Ch@t. Is that any good? Think I prefer the C3 looks wise but the Samsung seems to do pretty much the same job and is slightly cheaper.

I'd just go for the C3. Ch@t looks like a more kiddy phone. C3 means business.

Thanks for the heads up. Going to go down town tomorrow and have a look to see if my local store has one. Annoyingly I have to try and cancel my contract with o2 before I can actually buy anything!
