First of all, Jimmy's Mini who I ended up cruising back home with - seriously quick with a 1.8 honda engine making 260bhp. Still needs a bit of work though.

some top drawer minis in there!!
looks like the car park is as good as the show... any idea if there are shows in scotland?? went to one years ago at doune just outside stirling, but never seen another one advertised...

Cant believe ive missed this! I've got a mk1 mini that i shall be starting full resto project on in the next couple of months that i will need lots of bits for!

B18 turbo in a mini would be SCARY.

Boy in Edinburgh has a B18 turbo EK at 330WHP. Crazy

Can i ask what the damn "minis n oatcakes" thing is all about?

I see them all the damn time in stoke on trent (Oatcakes are a local dish)

Its a local mini club.

I did join up to their forums but never got round to posting anything and now it seems my account had been deleted!

I just assumed it was a name of a Mini Club.

Seem to have a lot of members as a lot of the Mini's I passed on the way down had it on the windscreen...tell me though, what is a Oatcake?
