Hi Guys,

bit of research if possible i'm looking into clothing styles/colors/fits particular around the T-Shirt area, so basically what do you look for in a garm/Tshirt?

What color? Dark, Light? If you can be more specific great! Fit? Slim fit, loose? baggy? what brands if you buy branded clothes? everything that attracts you to a t shirt, including the cost? what on average would you pay for a t shirt?

What puts you off a t shirt also? just a general likes/dislikes thread, no set questions :)

Would be a great help!

Alex

loose to baggy fit ,tend to collect them from people returning abroad plus charity shops ,prefer blue shades ,like a good weight of cotton.
dont like tshirts with collars or stripes or long sleeves and tend to wear surfy but non touristy tshirts when im on the coast.
have no idea about fasion though ,wearing a soul cal at the moment ,think it was 50p

I generally stick to "urban" brands.

I'm also a bit of a black or white guy, I have a few coloured t-shirts but I seem to be drawn to a black or white t-shirt over a coloured one.

Boxers + Socks = Pringle

I'm in to my twisted jeans at the moment as I really like the fit.

My trainers are usually flat soled or high-tops.

Super dry jeans - slim as they fit a treat
Burton/topman basic plain colour T with V,Y or crew neck.
Cardigans
Leather jacket
Afghan scarf
Boots or converse

I don't want to be a walking advert for a brand.

Designs are great and discreet logos are ok, but there is nothing worse than clothing with the make splashed across it in massive letters.

Clothes are such a rip off, I don't mind paying high price for a tshirt but i find that some places have tshirts for like £40-50 and they are not that much quality than primark.

i buy my tshirts at primark, i bought a whole stack of loose fitting tshirts that i wear around the house and during winter. Then i buy some tshirts from streetshirts.co.uk i think it is with some weird logos on. they are pretty good quality tshirts from there and pretty reasonable, they also do quality prints. But i would never buy the name brand tshirts because they are low quality and high price, like nike, adidas etc.

T-Shirts....dont really care as long as they dont have those huge wide necks where half of your chest hangs out.

Jeans....whatever feels comfy but no man should ever ever wear skinny jeans, not ever.

feet...Trainers whenever possible, dont understand people who wear those silly plimsolls that i was forced to wear for PE when i was an infant...it was an outrage then, its an outrage that anyone chooses to wear them now.

I don't get it either man.

T-shirts - whatever doesn't have a company logo on. Generally white though.
Jeans - Red Herring - as they fit me well and are normally on offer in Deb's
Feet - Converse All Stars. Fit me excellently due to flat feet. Hugely comfortable and normally available on ebay for significantly less than retail. ;)

prefer slim fit t-shirts. Not like nipple showing pec flashing slim just well cut. I don't mind if it has a massive brand on the front, its more about the design and colour than anything. EG, I have a nice Duck and Cover tee thats just a circle logo thing and the brand. But I liked it because of the bright but strong green that the shirt has.

on ma feets i like trainers or sketchers type casual shoes. I've been wearing trainers a lot recently after some niggling pain in my ankle that trainers helped ease.

I don't like skinny fit jeans and tend to go with baggy myself.
