This is the reason I am also not a cop. I could possibly be a cop in Russia mind.

when you are involved in an accident and are lying in the road dieing.. do you also want the ambulance crew to pull over and stop ever time they need to talk to control...?

they stop you may (may) DIE, the taxi driver stop to talk and you are 2 mins late for the pub.....

Sorry, no.

I meant the FPN fine. I am not sure if disciplinary fines in force are still used but even if they are, she wouldn't get one.

If memory serves, I think she would have to declare the fine and three points to Professional Standards.

Ah right i was going to say she didnt deserve getting whacked up with another fine on top of the court one.
 
Sorry but I have paid for my own insurance for years, gets on my nerves when people cant afford to drive but still do. Same with the Woman.
