Wow OCUK, slightly disappointed

I placed a parts order at midday today, every thing was in stock, and the fact that I can choose tomorrow (Feb 3rd) as the delivery date (which I did) lead me not unreasonably to believe that my goods would be shipped today.

Is that not the case?

Because currently the parts still say "in warehouse queue" whatever that means.

If the parts are picked tomorrow and also delivered tomorrow, then fine but that seems rather unlikely.

As everything was in stock, can anyone give me any reason why I wouldn't receive the parts next day?

I've tried and all I can come up with is "couldn't be arsed to pick them today - sorry".
 
Another problem could be with your credit card, this has happened to me in the past, but as already posted try the customer forums :)

Couldn't agree more with this suggestion, I have been on the forums requesting help and then I get an employee get back to me and help me out personally with my problem, and low and be-hold it all got sorted out within minutes : )
 
Its normaly a lot quicker tbh they usualy reply in a couple of hours.. Obv they wont till tomorow now.
Failing that ring them.. Little tip google say no to 0870 and put there number in.
 
I have just woken up. I see the thread in there and I will sort it all out for you when I get to the HQ. :)

Shall lock this thread for now and you will get a reply when we open at 8.30AM.
