This is a follow on from this thread in which I was not a happy bunny:

However, as some people suggested in the thread, I had a reply waiting for me by the time I woke up, explaining the situation and quite frankly rectifying it. And then half an hour later I changed my mind on the GPU I wanted and 5UB went to the warehouse, unpacked my order and replaced the GPU!

I gave them short shrift in the original thread because I had actually bought my parts previously from a different retailer - but after 3 working days I still had no ETA on delivery (all parts were in stock), and no reponse to any of my emails, and calling only resulted in 'please send an email' so by the time I ended up at OCUK I was already fuming.

I wanted to believe that in 2011, a man can order computer parts and have them delivered next day.

Turns out that is the case after all!

Yeah, OCUK are VERY good @ one to one. thats how I got my problems sorted out, their customer service is second to none. They actually embrace their consumers and everyday go out of their way to help them with their problems and not being afraid to jump through loops to help us.. it never changes and its amazing : )
