May would be better than June. Do not underestimate the effect a hot summer's day will have on a room full of people, each with at least one PC pumping out hot air. Some people's OC will get a bit fragile.

That is a map of all those who expressed in interest in the event.

It will be within a sensible distance for everyone where possible, it is not easy though.

It is however, impossible to please EVERYONE.

I'd be interested in attending, but not as a player...

I'm a network technician and could quite likely supply a few 24 / 48 port 1Gbps switches for use at the event. Also got some other hardware lying around that could be used to provide other services (routers, firewalls, laptops, storage etc.).
